My Christmas presents…

My Christmas presents…

Hi there

I know it is a little late to be adding a post about a Christmas present, but these ones are special and have one a prize, my Nan made me some porcelin dolls for christmas, they are the Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wanderland.

The Berry show was on on the weekend and my Nan entered them in the show and they won first and seconds prize.

The Mad Hatter can be a bit freaky in the middle of the night when you get up and walk past him but other than that they are really cute.

Hope you are having a great day. Will be back soon with another card.

Keep stamping

Here is a picture of them.

Been a while……

Been a while……

Hi there

I know its been a while and I say this all the time but I really have been busy, although I did have 2 weeks holiday, so had plenty of time for blogging, to be honest I really did nothing at all, although we went to Sydney for a couple of days and went to the zoo, and did a spot of shopping. Anyway have a card to show you that I made a while ago for out faux incentive trip, every year stampin up has an all expenses paid, incentive trip for those demonstrators who do a whole lot of sales in the year anyway only a few of them go, so a few of us (Leonie, Jenny, Tracey, Andrea and I) decided we would have an incentive trip of our own, seening as though we will probably never get to go, so this is the card that I made for my make and take.

I gave one of these to my mum and my friend for their birthdays and they just loved it. As you might know stampin up done a colour renervation for the new catalogue last year. so in this card I have used some of the new colours and DSP papers. The colours I used are Daffodil Delight, Pear Pizazz, Concord Crush, I also used the cottage garden satmp set, DSP used is Sunny Garden.

Anyway i best be off. I have another card to show you will probably post that tomorrow, enjoy the rest of your Australia Day.

A couple of cards…..

A couple of cards…..

Hi there

I know it has been a long time, I just put my memory card from my camera into the computer and was looking through the pictures and thought I would share a couple of cards that I made for my cousins (there twins) 18th birthdays, I did case these off Splitcoast and cant remember who they were that created these so if it was you then I am greatful for it.

As you can see I used two different stamp sets Cheers to you and Cottage Garden both are still current and in the IB&C but the papers are now retired as well as the colours that I used, I also stamped matching envelopes and the inside of the card, just to make it look pretty. Hope you enjoy these as it has been a long time.

Off to christening today, we had my cousins 21st last night (the twins brother) so was a pretty late night. Anyway have a wanderful day and will see you soon with something else to keep you going, have a few projects to finish off so hopefully wont be to long this time.

Found something…..

Found something…..

Hi there

I found a card while searching my photos that I havent shown you yet. I made this one some months ago for a team swap that we had at one of our training nights. The theme was punch art.

All I used for this card was the scollop circle punch for the top corner, the circle punch for the lady bug and just the black marker for the spots on her back and the antenas. I also used the Garden Whimsey stamp set for the rest.

Any way hope you enjoy this card and hope to have something for you very soon. In the meantime.

Andrea’s Birthday Card!

Andrea’s Birthday Card!

Hi there

I want to show you this card that I made for my wonderful upline Andrea for her birthday last week a bit late I know but was waiting for some new products from the Autumn/Winter mini catalogue to turn up so made this yesterday afternoon so hope she doesn’t see this post before she gets it any way here it is.

As you can see it is very simple and Q&E (quick and easy) to make, using the new in colours from the autumn/winter mini as well as the DSP from the mini, the saying is one from a set in the sale-a-bration catalogue, and the flower is my favourite from the Embrace Life set in the IB&C the flower is coloured in with the new in colours as well.

This catalogue isn’t available until April so you are very lucky to be getting a sneak peek. Hope you like this card.
